Yangcheon Gu holds festivals including 'Youth Festival', 'Youth Eoul Madang' to cultivate sound & proper values for youth who have keen sensibility & many cultural demands, and operates the Mokdong Youth Training Center & Sinwol Youth Culture Center in order for them to enjoy the various cultural experiences & sound leisure culture.
In addition, 12 regional child centers are making efforts for preventing children from low-income groups or dual-income families from going astray by providing them with After-School Education & Protection and providing a family atmosphere.
