At the time of the development of Mokdong new streets, the main neighborhood convenience facilities were concentrated at the central axis composed of 19 blocks and planned as the self-sufficient city to satisfy residents' living demands simultaneously.
Yangcheon Gu provided residents with a green zone & rest place by constructing 'Beautiful Streets' with themes while making the most use of the functions & features of 15 blocks aside from the 4 blocks of the park.

	Cultural street for juveniles (2nd block)
	The gateway of Beautiful Streets, middle & high schools are located around it, so many students walk & ride bicycles here.

	Street of the scent of flowers & music of birds (3rd block)
	As the street for students attending school connected with 2nd block, it's the living road of residents living at near high-rise Store APT.

	Street of Peace (4th block)
	Street surrounded with commercial buildings.

	Street of Learning (6th block)
	The Yangcheon International Post Office & the Yangcheon Library are located here.

	Street of Festival (7th block)
	There is much floating population because it's composed of Youth Center, Department Store and Store APT Tower. In the center, an outdoor stage is installed to hold various events.

	Street of Light & Communication (10th block)
	The street is thus named because the KT building occupies most of the block.

	Street of Gyeomjae (11th block)
	This block, combined with the Broadcasting Center, General Arts Center & Store and APT, is the street of arts & broadcasting. It was constructed in memory of Gyeomjae, Jeong Sun, a great authority on Jinkyeongsansu and a government official during the Joseon Dynasty.

	Street of Wind(12th block)
	Constructed within Hyperion Ⅱ Complex of Store & APT as a landmark of Yangcheon.

	Street of Joining (13th block)
	A religious space with protestant churches & Catholic churches, it is a space for communication between residents & religious people.

	Street of Hometown (14th block)
	To create a hometown atmosphere, a millstone worked by horse, a pavilion & stone benches are installed.

	Street of the Sun & Stars (16th block)
	Exclusive block for government & public offices including the District Office, Public Health Center, District Council & Police Station of Yangcheon.

	Street of the poetry & smell of Chinese ink (17th block)
	A monument inscribed with poems & banner with poems are installed so residents leading busy lives can rest & appreciate the poems.

	Street of Youth (18th block)
	Street of life composed of the neighboring living facilities, store & APT building, Churches, and Catholic churches.

	Street of Love (19th block)
	As the final block of Beautiful Streets at the Central axis of Mokdong, it's used as the life road.

Because of relatively poor green zones, asphalt covered roads in Sinwol Dong used as parking space was removed & arranged into a green zone, small-scaled rest place, sporting equipment to be used not only as a living road but as a walk. It's 3.2㎞ ranging from Jangsu Park to Eoullim Road, Wolcheon Road & Bangadari Road and runs through the western side of Yangcheon Gu.

	Jangsu Park
	Completed on July of 2007, this park is used for walking & exercising and starts from 'Street of water flowing' at Sinjeong Naegeori, a landmark of Sinwol region as the water-friendly space.

	Eoullim Road
	Small-scaled rest place(SSamji Madang) for meeting & assembly of residents.

	Wolcheon Road
	As the street of regional festivals & events, Wolcheon Road is very beautiful because bollard of various types & themes is installed at the place of incoming & outgoing vehicles.

	Bangadari Road
	The balanced arrangement of linear & streamlined road spaces improved the beauty of the street and provided neighboring APT buildings & villas with plentiful shade of trees.
